Marwell Zoo by Niamh (Fox Class)

In half term I went to Marwell zoo with my mum and dad. The weather was sunny and cold and  I had to wear my gloves! At Marwell zoo I saw an amazing, beautiful, spotty leopard up close. I also saw an enormous stripey tiger. Some of the animals we saw were in danger of becoming extinct.  It made me feel sad. My favourite animal was the tiger. My mums was the giraffe. My dad's was the rhino. I saw a gigantic tarantula and it made me jump. I really like Marwell zoo and I would like to go back.
